COVID II We want to remind you that we are here to help facilitate communication with your loved one via video chats, phone calls, and window visits. Please remember that visits “through the glass” are just that. We ask that you not ask your loved one or a staff member to open the window. We also ask that you make arrangements for your window visit so that an appropriate location can be specified. We cannot have visitors standing on crates, ladders, etc. This is not safe nor acceptable. You can visit through the glass doors and speak on a phone if needed. This is for the protection of you and your loved one. Covid-19 is highly contagious.
We have been extremely fortunate to not have any known positive cases of Covid-19 in our resident population. This being said, the Department of Health and Virtua Health system has launched a pilot program to create a baseline. All residents and staff will be tested in the coming days in an effort to save lives as we continue to respond to this pandemic. We will keep you informed as we know more about specific dates, etc.
